An independent firm, accountable in Europe.
Verron.AI is a consulting firm. We sell no licences, no capacity and no product of our own, which means there is nothing we need you to adopt and nothing a recommendation costs us to change.
We do not publish our clients. The scope, the method and the people are open to scrutiny; the names stay out.
01
Independence
What independence means here.
- No resale
- We resell no licences and no capacity. Changing a recommendation costs us nothing, which is the only structural reason to trust one.
- No platform
- We have no product of our own to place. The stack we propose is the one your constraint decides — see what we build on.
- Where advice starts
- Your operating reality: residency, latency, audit, budget, and the skills of the team who will run the system after we leave.
- Exit
- Every route we set up, you can operate or replace without us. That is a design constraint, not a promise.
02
Evidence
What we publish, and what we do not.
- Figures
- Labelled by evidence: measured on our own benchmark, a target the code is built against, or exploratory. A target is never presented as a result.
- Citations
- A referenced paper establishes that a phenomenon exists. The number beside it is our own measurement. We never merge the two into one sentence.
- Negative results
- Published with the rest. Two pieces of planned work have been cancelled by our own measurements, and both are written up.
- Security work
- No payloads, no exploits, no attack configurations. A finding we cannot reproduce against the running service does not ship.
- Recognition
- What we claim publicly is measured on our own benchmarks or won in open competition, and each claim carries its source.
03
Working with us
Who you deal with, and what you keep.
- Who you work with
- The partners who deliver the engagement, from the first scoping conversation onwards. Senior attention is the offer, not an upsell.
- What you own at the end
- The working system, its documentation, the evidence behind it and the record of the decisions taken.
- References
- We can speak to references under NDA where your diligence requires it — the same terms we ask of the people we hire.
- In diligence
- The role we held, the delivery method and reference contacts are provided then, rather than published here.
04
People
How the team grows.
- Commercial roles
- Two senior commercial positions are open, one per market. See open positions.
- Technical roles
- Filled by recommendation only. We do not publish them and we approach people ourselves.
- Recommendations
- If you think we should know someone, tell us who and what you saw them do: contact@verron.ai.
Diligence
Ask the hard question first.
Whether the project is ready, whether a model is the right answer, whether the team can operate what we would build. We would rather say no early than be right late.
